As written earlier, the cheapest way to get an ARM is to buy a Seagate
FreeAgent Dockstar at <300 NIS.
 This is basically a slightly trimmed down SheevaPlug.

128MB RAM
128MB NAND Flash
3 USB ports
Fanless
debian & OpenWRT available.
