Friends,
I am running debian 2.2r2 on an i810 Mb with kernel 2.4.4. The problem I am
facing is that I was able to run X in SVGA mode with kernel 2.4.x with the
RH 6.2 installation that I had prior to debian, but debian refuses to start
X server and says :
(--) SVGA: error doing ioctl(GARTIOCINFO): Invalid argument
I am running XFree86 3.3.6 that came with the network computing debian CDs.
I am also on devfs.
Any ideas or suggestions.
