Hmmm ... mutt and sylpheed ....

I'd  second that,  both threaded  and feature  rich. The  only
problem  is compatibility  between  the  mail folder  formats.
Sylpheed  operates with  MH style  maildirs with  whereas mutt
operates with mbox type files ...  A bit difficult to have the
MDA (procmail)  deliver in two formats  to different sub-dirs.
If anybody knows a way out, would be much obliged ...

gnus and xemacs .... Sorry, no emacs on my box ...
