Actually, it's the IP suite of protocols.  TCP is just one transport
layer protocol which sits on top of IP,  UDP is another.

If VSNL gave you a ``TCP/IP'' connection you would never be able to
browse the 'net since DNS, for example, uses UDP as the transport by
default.  So please call it what it is, the IP suite, rather than
TCP/IP.
