Yes, It seems .... port blocking by Hathway..:(
Now i have turn port 81 and server is running...Fine!
NOW can someone tell me will port forwarding will work...?
As ISP does't allow to listen on 80 then how can i forward ALL the requests to
81. 
OR
 should i host the domain to some online server and use  the REDIRECT
of apache.
