Oh, Arvind? I don't make a habit of not RTFM'ing ... and answer far more
than I ask questions. That still doesn't excuse my missing this stupid
thing, but it does give me the right to tell you to get lost.

I don't generally like saying stuff like this or appearing mean or anything.
I generally prefer a very gentlemanly approach to things. But I want to
know whether the list has any provisions to knock off a clown who seems to
think that this place is meant for jokes and insults. As far as I am aware,
this list is meant solely for technical help to people (especially newbies)
who have trouble installing and running linux.

I hear that certain eminent people have left this list thanks to the
constant bickering and ego trips hereabouts. Having seen the nonsensical
and utterly childish behaviour of some members of the list, I'm not
surprised.

People like Arvind: It doesn't bring Linux in general and LIH in particular
any credit to have nonsense like this raked up in a google search.

You may be interested to know - googling for "[LIH] Arvind" threw this up as
the first link:

I wouldn't wanna show my face around after something like that.

Just my 2p. Sorry List-Admin and all you others if I've overstepped my
brief.
I just feel that there are perhaps a lot of guys like me who work on
restricted
bandwidth and log on to get the latest from the linux world only to find
trash
like this floating around.

Regards,
Linux Rockz
