It will work well enough for your needs. The problem is when toss
another one of these into your home LAN. This NIC is ok for half duplex
10Mbps stuff on boxen which get rebooted. If you want a home LAN for
games/heavy netowrk use, put in a 3Com or an Intel EEpro. It will cost
you about 1000+ INR, but the quality is worth it.
I have had dlink NICs die off in LAN environments, while running. Often
the only solution was a reboot :(.
