Hi,
I observe this strange thing on VSNL's pop server. If I have say 100
mailsthere and I start downloading it and go till 30 and suddenly get
disconnected, we assume that the next time all 100 mails are downloaded
again. But in case of VSNL this is not so. Only 70 mails are retrived
next time. It means that once a mail is retrieved, it is immediately
deleted. In case of many other servers after the "quit" verb the real
deletion process takes place.
Is this behaviour right or can it lead to problems?
Can someone comment on this?

With warm regards,

-Payal
