memtester is an option. But I dont remember the site from where I dowloaded it initially. For the time being you can dowload it from my domain. http://jemshad.com/memtester-2.93.1-01.i386.rpm This one allows online testing of RAM. Some other softwares need you to create boot floppies for the same.
