Hi
The machine is getting rebooted automatically everyday almost same time, it
is a clean reboot, and user access is not given to the particular system. I
think i doesnt have a memory problem and dmesg also not showing any errors,
Even the system logs are not not having record of shutdown or reboot

does the machine restart everyday at the same time ?. Is it a clean
reboot or the machine juz hungs without any response and then you reboot
it manually?. Do you have any memory problem?. Did you check dmesg ?.
Also, rh 9, with default/desktop install have a problem that any user can
issue reboot. Have you given user access to machine ?
