Hello All

I use BSNL dataone broadband to connect to Internet. Problem is that
everytime I connect to the Internet, some software adds the FQDN of
the localhost to the top of resolv.conf, which causes problems with
DNS lookups. I need to edit & remove the hostname from the first line
of resolv.conf, so that quries can be sent directly to the two
remaining bsnl dns servers.

Can someone tell me what software is making this change? It is not
putting any comment showing what generates this line. If you need any
command output to diagnose this (rpm -qa or anything else) please let
me know.

With best regards.
Sanjay.
