Actually, I have had success, and I sent out the changes I made to the
orbex source to make it work. It now works for me almost every time
(occasionally it doesn't discover the Palm, but another retry and it works).
But once the device is discovered, the pilot always suceeds with the orbex
transfer. I have beamed calendar events, memos, and people from my Linux
box to the pilot.
Have you tried make the changes I mentioned in my email about 1-2 weeks ago?
It should fix the "Waiting for sender" problem -- at least it did for me.
If my suggested change doesn't work, let me know. Maybe I forgot to include
something else that I changed.
