Nope - It behaves complete different than other Windowmaker dock apps.
Its not draggeable if you switch of the titlebar - Other dock apps are
draggeable by there thin border ... Even if i hack the WindowMaker
~GNUstep/Defaults/WMState directly and insert irmon it doesnt go into
the dock, it always stays outside and tells windowmaker to be a "normal"
app ...
