Great program! I've been testing it for a while, and have the following
suggestions for improvements:

1) Use a dark pixmap for no activity, and use a red pixmap for infrared
activity. IrDA transceivers are black in colour
(http://www.vishay.de/irdc.htm). They are really black all the time, but if
you do a mistake and fry them, they will glow red for a few seconds before
they crack (I know since I have burned 4 of them ;-)

2) Let the user choose which timeout to use (./irmon -t <ms>). When running
at 4Mbps, I almost never get a red light. It's green all the time ;-) Just
use a default timeout (500 ms?) if no parameter is given.

Keep up the good work!
