Hmm.. I can't think of anything offhand in my code that would do that. It sounds like it is the layer below USB storage. The RK driver itself doesn't manage the bus. Maybe the RK is pickier about sharing the usb bus than the other devices? I wouldn't know where to begin debugging it.
