Thanks for that posting; it reminded me to put the Sys V ABI docs
into the Linux/MIPS FAQ which now is also available as HTML version
at http://www.linux.sgi.com/.
Note that ABI documentation is also available online at www.mipsabi.org
and www.sco.com, so it's not a too bad problem that this book is out
of print.
