Exchnage can support ETRN or can run programs at dialup (finger for
example). Just set up a queue runner for them, The Serial-Mail Package of
mail is well suited for this.

Another option is to use one of the NT POP3 Fetcher (pullmail,
popconnet,...) they will get a Mailbox containing the mail for the domain
and deliver it via SMTP to the Exchnage Server (on the same host as the mail
fetcher). This is like fetchmail (well havent seen an mail fetcher for NT
which actually supports all fetchmail options).
