Chan,

I have this exact same problem. This must be fixable without recompiling
the kernel. Every other installation has operated apache from the start.
Every change has been made to httpd.conf, access.conf, srm.conf, passwd,
group. Apache has shown every users directory without any problems
before. I have Red Hat 5.2 with kernel 2.0.36. Would someone shed all
the light on this area to answer and fix this problem?

P.'S. Detailed Documentation(s) and Sample(s) are more than welcome!
