SAMBA can be seen in windows now!
 the reason of last error is that in my windows i set NETBEUI as the default
protocol .When i unset it ,SAMBA is Ok!

There are still some other questions.I can see it in Neighborhood,but when i
enter,
it prompt me for password, any passwd of my linux account is not ok.

there are some clues: in the /etc/smb.conf   :
[global]
security = user
guest  = nobody
[tmp]
    path = /tmp
    public = yes
    guest only = yes
