How can I direct users mails to $HOME?

Hi,

I have a RH5.2 with Kernel 2.0.36-7. How do I set sendmail/pop3 to put users
mail in their individual $HOME instead of /var/spool/mail?

Secondly How do I implement quota system on this $HOME?
