Hello!
I don't think you can do that with sendmail. But I know you can do it with
Qmail, which is great SMTP (and POP too) server. For the quota part, look
at the QUOTA MINI-HOWTO at http://metalab.unc.edu/linux/HOWTO/mini/Quota.html.
Qmail's site is www.qmail.org.
