We've implemented hierarchical MIP in linux 2.0.x . An Internet Draft
regarding it will be coming out soon. There are plans to make the code
released under GPL, but it hasn't been finalised yet, and will depend on
whether there's much demand for it and also possibly internal policy.
Please contact the author Mr Foo Siang Fook at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
for further details. We also have a web site, albeit quite outdated,
located at http://mip.ee.nus.edu.sg
Yeah, the 2.1.x (and hence 2.2.x) kernel code has changed significantly
compared to 2.0.x.
