Hi,

Is there a way to remove the duplicate route that results from using the
2.1.x kernels? I remember seeing something about this but I don't recall
what the fix was. I'm running kernel 2.1.127 under RH 5.1 with the
updated ppp 2.3.5 and net-utils 1.47. I'm using IP aliasing and have 1
ethernet card.

Default IP of eth0 128.29.222.189
Aliased IP of eth0 192.168.222.189

Kernel IP routing table
Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Iface
128.29.222.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U eth0
128.29.222.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U eth0
192.168.222.0 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 U eth0
127.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 U lo
224.0.0.0 128.29.222.189 240.0.0.0 UG eth0
0.0.0.0 128.29.222.254 0.0.0.0 UG eth0

Thanks,
Tuan
