A few things to think about:
1. Do you need a permiment connection for your business (read faster as
well) or are you happy with the dial up?

2. Is your rh5.2 server secure for letting the internet into (I assume you
have firewalls and such blocking the samba ports on the ppp interface).
You will really need to put all the latest patches on to make sure that
the server is secure.

3. A dynamic ip an DNS really don't mix well you will at the very least
need to get a fixed ip.

4. My suggestion would be to talk to your isp and see what sort of deal
you can get on web hosting. Say that if your site grows then you are
interested in taking on a permiment connection from them and see what sort
of deal you can get on that as well.
