For RH 5.2 grab the latest updates as there are known root holes in the
distributed ones from 5.2

ship with wu-ftp and proftpd

Just point them at that url and then make sure that you have an ftp server
running on the machine at that ip that takes anon connections or use:
ftp://username:PASSWORD@server
