Favicon.ico is used by IE4-5 as the icon on the bookmarks (and maybe
history) menu... A rather stupid feature, if you ask me...not to mention the
fact that it doesn't differentiate between multiple sites on one server.
I don't know that it'd be a good idea to stick an empty file there...
You'd probably crash their whole machine.....................................
