Hello All! I have a problem with uploading files via ftp through
masquerade.

The part of my campus network look's like this:

Win98 Linux 2.2.5
+----------+ 10BaseT +----------------------------+ 64K +--------------+
| 10.0.0.2 |============| 10.0.0.1    123.123.123.123|--------|ftp.my_isp.net|
+----------+ +----------------------------+ +--------------+

0) My Linux masqureades 10.0.0.2 like this:
#ipchains -A forward -s 10.0.0.2/32 -d 0.0.0.0/0 -j MASQ
No shapes are used.

1) When I ftp from 10.0.0.2 to 10.0.0.1 I can upload files to
ftp://10.0.0.1/incomming at 800Kbytes/sec

2) When I telnet from 10.0.0.2 to 10.0.0.1 and then ftp to
ftp.my_isp.net , I can upload files to ftp://ftp.my_isp.net/incomming at
6Kbytes/sec

3) When I go ftp://ftp.my_isp.net/pub/.... from 10.0.0.2 through
masqurade, I can download files at 3..4Kbytes/sec

4) (!!!) When I go ftp.my_isp.net from 10.0.0.2 through
masqurade, I can UPLOAD files to ftp://ftp.my_isp.net/incomming AT
CONSTANTLY DECREASING SPEED. So I can upload small file (less than
~200 KBytes), and no more. Starting speed is 3..4KBytes/sec, then it
decreases to nearly 0.

WHAT CAN IT BE ??
