Its been more than a month that I have been able to look at this, but
today I got another chance. It also happens with 2.2.15pre14 and
2.3.51. 2.3.51 seems better though, with a lower delay between the
packets, but it still peaks at 10KB/s. I am trying to verify the
motherboard chipset type, but the chips are faded.
