The comment says that the patch is wrong. Cited by you pseudo-tcpdump
pattern is impossible, if at least one of sides is not buggy.
TCP specs describe actions, which should be made in this case,
so that, to my opinion, the problem described there never existed.
It is possible that I am mistaken, that's why the patch is not
deleted but only commented out. Please, supply tcpdump of failing
session.
