You can also do this is a batch file - only one line is needed of the
form "loadlin <path>vmlinuz root=/hda?".  Create a shortcut to the batch
file and specify "MSDOS" mode.  Win95 will then re-start in DOS mode and
run your batch file.  I used this before a had a boot disk.
