i get this error when fetching my mail...

fetchmail: POP timeout
fetchmail: POP3> QUIT
fetchmail: POP3< +OK Pop server at astra.global.net.uk signing off.
fetchmail: client/server protocol error while fetching from
mail.globalnet.co.uk
fetchmail: Query status=4
fetchmail: SMTP> QUIT
fetchmail: SMTP< 221 kermit.globalnet.co.uk saying Bye Bye! See you later.
fetchmail: normal termination, status 4
is there a way to fix it or is it just a random occurrence?
