Hi all me again just writing to you all about this problem I'm having with
my modem on dialing PPP
basically what happens is nothing ( please find attached the messages file
from my /var/log directory )
tell me what you make of the messages file I attached
I feel that I am getting close to figuring out how to get it going
I've been playing with the dialup script that I got from my provider and
pppd on linux
basically when I attempt to dial I type pppd call zip ( zip
being a
script containing the initial modem setup and then pointing it to the
linux.ppp.sh script which has the phone number and other settings )
please help
