BTW: A word about mailing list etiquette:

Please do not CC messages to both open and closed mailing lists, or to
more than one closed mailing list.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] is a closed mailing list; my replies both
resulted in messages informing me that I am not allowed to post to it
as I am not subscribed.

Closed lists should be either BCC'd, or sent a separate copy.
