The basic answer is no you need no extra software, most recent versions of
Redhat and slackware have all you need.
The suplied apache server if configured properly will do proxy for the
other machine web server, there is no extra need to run squid as explained
by someone else, altho'it is a valid option.
ipchains will allow other ip traffic tho the proxy machine, i see no need
to run socks as suggested as well.
You will find all the documentation in the /usr/doc directorys. All this
has been discussed before i am sure any other questions you may have could
