Well i never thought of that and i have never used icq, so my appols,
however the standard apache server does caching as well for web-surfing.
Its just you the user have to configure it via the httpd.conf file.

Looking at what you say about ICQ, please note i said i dont use and never
have used anything in that order, surely ipchains could be told to allow
packets via whichever port icq uses, or do i have that wrong.?
