recognising the ethernet card

Hi,

I installed Linux finally at work, and the kernel does not recognise my 
ethernet card at boot time. Windows reports my card to be a HP EN1207D-TX 
PCI 10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter. How do I try and set the card up in 
Linux? I run RedHat 5.2
