I still need to attempt the ppp script once before
I'll even get a carrier. The answer must be an easy one, but
I just can't figure out where to look next.
I run rh6, I've used Lawson's examples from his micro-howto,
my modem is an external USR Courier, the script fails because
'NO CARRIER' whereas if I run the script a second time, it does
get the elusive carrier somehow.
Any ideas?
