I had no problem getting an extremraid 1100 last time I needed one.
Try http://www.tdl.com/~netex/

Also, if you only need RAID 0/1/0+1 I'd *highly* recommend you
look at the 3WARE IDE raid card. I'm using them on a number of
machines (redhat 6.2 and win2k) for things like streaming video
servers, database servers, and web servers. They have been working
well and the cost savings is nice. I just built a mp3 jukebox
machine for a friend's office using 4 maxtor 80gig IDE drives
($300 each) and a 4-port 3WARE card running on Redhat 6.2. The
4 drives and the controller were only a little more expensive
than ONE 73gig cheetah and they have a speedy 300+ gig data
store to use. Had the data been "important" I could have
configured the machine for RAID 0+1 and gotten a mirrored
160gig data store....

I used to be a die hard SCSI fan, but the IDE controllers
are beginning to catch up and the cost differential is huge.

Cheaper is nice, but it's not worth squat if you can't rely on
the vendor to supply drivers or meaningful support. About 6
months ago, I posted performance numbers for a dual processor
system running an extremeRAID 1100, 8 barracudas in RAID 5 mode,
and RH6.1.

Cheers,

Chris
