The last time I remember hearing anything (many months ago), Adaptec did
not plan to support Linux on their RAID controllers. Of course, times
have changed for Linux since then, so you should contact Adaptec sales
directly. At the very least, they will know that they are losing sales to
competitors by not supporting it.
