I have been told by DPT a SMOR utility is "in the works" and
should be out "by Christmas".
The utility is suppose to have the full capability of the
utilitiy provided for the other operating systems, including
enabling/disabling the audible alarm, seeing the status of
individual drives/arrays, and more.
I have the exact same card and am reluctant to put it in to
one of my servers until this utility is actually released. I
don't like the thought of having to shutdown, go in to the BIOS,
etc. as opposed to just swapping the drive while live (I have the
Raidstation 7, as well).

: and it see's the array and everything works okay.
What patches are these? Is this related to the DPT card or
the Software-RAID?
