I agree, i would definately recommend anyone go out and purchase a
promise card before trying hpt366. HPT366 has a latency of 120 (slow),
Promise 36 or something, dunno if this effects performance though.

I got one a few days ago, ironically, it was that that lead me to
working out one of the things i had been doing wrong with 2.2. and
hpt366.

Now i only have problems with dual hpt366 devices and 2.3.x
