Could you try the following:

1) Go to the MB setup and disable features that look like posting.
   For example "cache to memory buffers" or something like that, and
   friends.

2) Check that the MTRRs registers are correctly configured.

And let me know either if (1) fixes something or (2) seems ok or not ok.
