All I could say is that I am running 2.1.125 on a SMP with 4 x SCSI drives
and 3 x IDE drives. SCSI Controller is a BusLogic. Running 4 days with about
a load avg of 2.8, and no problems like you indicate. So either its your
SCSI controller but more likely cable / termination.
