Mostly.  Dell's PERC is AMI's MegaRAID card.  See
ftp://ftp.megatrends.com/megaraid/drivers/linux/ for the latest drivers.

Note that SMP + the PERC driver causes some problems but somebody at AMI is
working on resolving them.  I think we'll have a stable driver very soon.

AMI is also working on RAID management software for the PERC and Linux.
