processors.  Only the xeons can go beyond 2-way SMP.

I use Intel Etherexpress Pro 100's with zero problems of any kinds in
duals and quad boxes.

2 gigs of ram is doable... more is likely not a good idea...  You will
need to do some hand editing to make it work...
