I have been led to believe that it may simply be a mouse setup bug. 
However, my machine is at home, so I have no way of testing till
tonight.  I will bring your code home and run it.  If negative numbers
show up, I'll let you know.  However, I find it hard to believe that
timing errors could cause the mouse to click.  Erratic movements yes,
but clicking?  And it wasnt sporadic problems, it simply NEVER worked
properly.
