We use amd and autofs parallel. We have a cluster with Linux and Solaris
machines with a dual PPro Linux box as NFS-server. First we use only amd, but
sometimes amd hangs, when mounting the home-directorys. So we use now autofs to
mount the home-dirs and amd for the arch.-depended volumes with less problems.
