The standard response has always been reboot and try again. Hmmm. I'm running 3.4.103 now and the load still fails if I don't reset the chip first. The hassle with 3.4.x is that it requires a script.bin change and the bt.init script might need to be changed to the GPIO pin numbers correspond.
