        Hmm.  It is interesting to see that you have a utility
that can read data back from the device.  I intend to take a closer
look at it later today or tonight.

        The freely redistributable firmware is also nice to see,
even if its only in the form of a hexademical encoded binary.  If
someone is able to use that code on Linux (e.g., perhaps by porting
over the corresponding BSD-based drivers), then it would be good to
have an ezusb_firmware.free package that could be incorporated
into distributions (or categorizations within distributions) that consist
of free software.
