So far, I have been unable to reach http://www.smcc.demon.nl/webcam/,
and I see a name of the person to contact about the driver, but I think
that the source code part would be fine for inclusion (I'm assuming no
weird GPL-incompatible copying conditions on it), but the proprietary
binary would be GPL incompatible.  Besides the legal issues, that would
interfere with distributions that either do not include unfree software
or that keep unfree software in a separate area.

        As far as I know, including the source code part should be fine.
